General Practice Survey

We’re committed to providing you with the best possible care at Penistone Group Practice. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us understand what we’re doing well and where we can make improvements. That’s why we participate in the national General Practice Patient Survey.

This survey is an independent initiative run on behalf of NHS England, designed to gather patients’ views about their experiences at their GP practice. It asks about a range of topics, from booking appointments and accessing services, to the quality of care received from doctors and nurses. Your responses will help us identify areas for improvement and make positive changes to the services we offer.  

If you receive a survey invitation, we would be incredibly grateful if you would take the time to complete it. Your participation is vital in ensuring that your voice is heard and that we can continue to shape our services to meet the needs of our patients. All responses are confidential and your individual answers will not be shared with the practice. The survey results are used to inform service planning and improvements at both a local and national level. Thank you for your help in making our practice even better.
